Investment programs (TIP tiers, Farm Miner)
This page describes the core investment logic in terms of TIP tiers and Farm Miner.
1) What is a Farm Miner?
After you invest, a Farm Miner is created:
- It has a term (in months)
- It has a return range (min/max %)
- Over time, it credits USDO to your balance (earn/mint)
2) TIP1/TIP2/TIP3 — what they mean
TIP is your tier, which depends on the investment size and/or the total amount of your active investments:
- TIP thresholds are defined in Block settings
In practice:
- TIP1 → small investments
- TIP2 → mid-size investments (referral eligible)
- TIP3 → large investments (often a prerequisite to become a yield receiver)
3) Term and return (what to expect)
- Return % is usually defined as a range (min/max)
- Earn/mint is credited to your balance via prorated/periodic calculations
4) Multiple investments and TIP upgrade
- You can have multiple miners
- Your program TIP can increase if the sum of active principal crosses the thresholds
5) Investment placement invite code
- When investing, you choose an investment invite code
- It determines your investment’s placement side (LEFT or RIGHT) for the Yield tree
- After the first investment, the code is often locked
